I have only just started liking Mince Pies....well Tesco Puff Pastry ones! We zap them in microwave for 30 secs then open up the top, put in Brandy butter, put top back, zap for another 30 secs and pour cream over them
I love mince pies ,just plain ,especially bought after Christmas in the sales at 75% off.
Traditionally though ,I make a Birds trifle ,usually strawberry ,with extra grated chocolate topping.
If I can be bothered , I make a Tiramisu ,with marsala wine ,which is really nice if made right.
