Seeing as a few supermarkets will likely be stocking TNT this year, I thought it would be a good idea to start a little thread where we can recommend TNT fireworks to buy or avoid.

Whether it be cakes, rockets or selection boxes etc just post the name of the firework and whether you think it is worth a look or worth a miss, try post a video if you can find or have one too.

Pumpkin Fountain £5
Deep Space Shot Tubes £5
Sonic Blast (16 Shot) £6
Starstruck Selection Box £5

I've bought all of the above from Asda in the past and thought they offered great value for money.

the starstruck box was a pleasant surprise, lots of small fountains but they were good for their size.
The other three hae all provided great effects for their price, particularly the sonic blast.
That was a nice little cake. :)

i did like the starstruck box, perfect for anyone with young kids, or someone with limited space.
All of the fireworks were decent, even those little fountains that came in the little 4 pack, they were a big surprise.
I thought starstruck was better than the £5 box sainsburys sold, we had both and the starstruck was just better in nearly every way.

I'm sure i bought 2 of them back in 2012. From what i remember, the little 4 pack of fountains in the box performed well considering their size.

Here's a video i found of the contents

Its hard really as apart from Asda, most of the supermarkets who stock TNT seem to change their range, or at least the names of their items most years so you never know whats guna be good or bad without testing them!
