Small cheeky rockets

Can anyone recommend some small cheeky rockets with a whistle and small pop?
Some years back I fired up my rockets in groups during the display like this (s=small, m=medium, l=large)..
MMMMS
MMMMS
MMMMS
LLL and a big one to finish
Seemed to go down very well with all the kids laughing their heads off at the cheeky little small rockets chasing after the bigger ones and people fooled into thinking another was coming at the end.
Now I can't seem to find suitable small rockets?
Do any of the supermarkets have them?
Someone told me small whistling rockets were banned as they don't fly straight?

DRD Dancing Red Devils have 2 different types of small whistling rockets, one ends with a crackle, and the other ends with a small pop, some colour and crackles
