I have just written to Ultra Fireworks regarding the ridiculous 25m safety distance labelling on their Cat 2 European Standard fireworks hoping I get a satisfactory answer out of them, some manufacturers are better at responding to consumers queries about their products than others;I personally find that BC is very good and answer most correspondance as do Bright Star, have any of you here had a good poor or indifferent response from uk firework manufacturers in response to consumer queries about their products? ;)

Not personally. But its like with any company who look into this department it depends, If you want satisfying customers then i would say they need to put more effort into training staff, but it would come down to cost and the communication, sometimes it is hard to directly answer a question what needs a satisfying answer.

I've never actually contacted a firework company, i suppose supermarket CS has put me off ;)
