what is the best angle (from vertical) for a ymetrical fan of 4 roman candles (1:angled left, 2: vertical, 3: angled right and 4: back to vertical)

so it's technically classed a 3 candle fan but goes back to vertical o create a zig zag shape after the 3rd candle. :p

any idea's?

The angle depends on your firing site. Too much and you could be shooting fireballs in next doors garden. I would experiment with angles of between 20-30 degrees for starters. Also when setting up multiple angled candles allow for possible cross winds on the night.

thanks, I've got a bit of space so 30 degrees should work fine :)
and i will have 2 spare candles to use to judge the wind
