How do you spend your Christmas Eve?

I usually get things ready for Christmas day first, then for the rest of the day I eat Christmas food and drinks with the family and watch Christmas films and tv
I also do some baking and listen to Christmas music, then on the night have a buffet and watch one of our favourite Christmas films.

We're usually all sorted before then (as in we have everything we need) so i usually go out to work much to my wife's annoyance lol. I make the trifle at night then we sit and have a couple of drinks whilst listening to chrimbo tunes or watching tv before putting all the presents out after the kids get sent to bed (they're 15 & 17 so it's not quite the same lol)

I am single with very few friends or family so Christmas Eve will have a chips gammon and pineapple tea (sadly alone) and then nip to a friends house for Christmas programmes, playing on Wii and share a bottle of Baileys, so not particularly exciting at all :(
